  • Current path forward for Clinton getting new HCoop administrators up to speed and fixing tickets
  • SSL Certificate Renewal

    • ClintonEbadi needs board authorization to purchase a 2 year cert for $272 instead of a one year cert for $160/year. Savings are $88 over two years, or any year of one member's dues.

  • Bylaws quick-fixes to propose
    • Delegate new member approval
    • Lower quorum to 15% and/or require voters to be current in accounts?
