This page is for the election of the 17th Board of Directors of HCoop, Inc. Nominations shall be done in our usual wiki style. Voting shall be done through the HCoop portal. You may see last year's election results at Election2020 or summarized on the BoardOfDirectors website.
This election is governed by articles 3 and 4 of our HcoopBylaws. All current members in good standing may vote for three candidates to replace the three outgoing board members in classes 2 and 3, whose terms expire on April 11, 2021. These seats are currently occupied by Kenneth Pronovici, Kevin Everets, and Jesse Shumway. Björn Lindström and Clinton Ebadi, in board class 1, have one year remaining in their terms.
Please list candidates to nominate below. You may nominate any current HCoop members, including yourself. Please list candidate names alphabetically by last name, and list your own name as the nominator.
Nominations may continue until March 31, 2021, 11:59 PM UTC. Voting on all candidates who have accepted their nominations shall begin on April 4, 2021 at midnight UTC and continue for one week through April 11, 2021 at 00:00 UTC.

KennethPronovici accepts; I'm glad I've been able to contribute as board president for the last few years, and I would be happy to continue doing that work to help keep the co-op up and running
JesseShumway accepts with a statement on his wiki home page.
KevinEverets accepts; Happy to continue helping the co-op where I can. Will endeavor to improve the communication and documentation to help others make better use of the co-op's resources.
RobertÖstling accepts; I simply want hcoop to keep being there. If needed I am willing to help out on the board, but I don't have any particular goals except ensuring long-term stability.

Voting for the 2021 Board of Directors ran from April 4 to April 10, 2021.
5. Results Summary
The top two vote-getters were Kenneth Pronovici (18 votes) and Kevin Everets (16 votes), so they will both serve two year terms in board class 2. Jesse Shumway received 13 votes and will serve a one year term in board class 3.
