This is not a board meeting, but a meeting of members and admins whom are interested in making some progress.

- Who is present. How much time/what kinds of things can you do to help?
- Admins: general status of what is going on.
- How do people feel about adding admins?
- dividing up tasks / where can more people fit in?
Look at TaskDistribution. What can be done by a non-admin via a VCS?
