• Replacing the IPKVM
  • Current IPKVM is dead, we need to buy some kind of remote console. Should have integrated switching (external switch proved extremely unreliable), ideally some ability to perform power control or mount virtual media.

  • e.g. a Startech device, ClintonEbadi found a used one for only $300, and is willing to donate it to the coop.

• File updated board of directors with PA?
  • Have we filed an updated list of directors since we had a change in directors during 2015? Do we need to?
