Membership is currently CLOSED.
We are currently not accepting new applications. There are a few issues that need to be resolved first. The main blocker is that the HCoop Portal needs to have some essential features added. We expect to have these issues resolved within a few days of Nov. 22, 2007.

Instructions
When membership is in an "OPEN" status, the following instructions apply.
Visit [http://join.hcoop.net/], click on the right online membership form for you. Then fill out and submit the form.
- Wait two days or so for the board to respond to your request.
Once accepted, read the [:MemberManual/GettingStarted/NewMember:New Member page] for instructions on what to do now.
After that, read MemberManual, especially the [:MemberManual/GettingStarted:Getting Started] chapter.
